In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be sealed in its original packaging and undamaged in any way. You are liable for the courier costs of returning the product to us.
After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Orders Exceeding 40Kg in Weight

Please note that due to Courier Guy Shipping limitations, you are unable to book deliveries online with a weight exceeding 40Kg. Any order booked, exceeding 40Kg’s in weight, will be booked as a collection order.
Should you require delivery, we will send you a manual quote for delivery of your order which will have to be paid before the goods can be dispatched.

Shipping of Orders

We ship orders within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order & payment. Should a product you have ordered be stocked out, we will notify you within 1 working day and shipment will take place within 1 – 2 working days of receiving the stock.


Should a refund need to be processed, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. We process refunds as promptly as possible, but it may take 5 to 15 business days for a refund to show up on your statement. Any refund requested by the customer will carry a 10% handling fee to cover bank charges incurred during the purchase & refund process.
