Matweld Welding Rods Alum Braz 3.2mm M023

The Matweld Aluminum Brazing Rods 3.2mm (M023) are specialized filler rods designed for low-temperature brazing and repair of aluminum components. They are a staple for automotive cooling system repairs (like radiators and condensers) and air conditioning maintenance where a high-strength, leak-free joint is required without melting the base metal.

Key Performance Features

• Low-Temperature Brazing: Specifically engineered to melt at a lower temperature than the aluminum base metal, reducing the risk of "burn-through" or warping.
• High-Quality Joints: Provides excellent capillary action, allowing the filler metal to flow into tight joints and create a corrosion-resistant bond.
• Versatile Repairs: Ideal for joining or repairing aluminum pipes, tubing, tanks, and castings across the automotive and refrigeration sectors.
• Convenient Packaging: Typically sold in a pre-packed sleeve containing 14 rods, making it accessible for small-scale workshop repairs.
