Online orders are shipped with The Courier Guy. Fees are calculated based on your address, weight and dimensions of the parcel which means that charges will change as your edit your cart. If the shipping fees calculated seems incorrect, please send us a whatsapp using the button in the right hand corner of the screen. If you want to ship bulky or heavy items (parcels exceeding approx 50Kg), please send us a whatsapp using the link in the right hand corner of the screen so that we can check shipping options to your area.

If your cart exceeds R3,500 in value and weighs less than 40Kg in total, please contact us as you might be eligible for free shipping. Use the whatsapp button on the right hand corner of the screen to log an enquiry – send us a screenshot of your cart and also your shipping address. We will reply promptly within business hours.

We pack & ship orders everyday, Monday to Friday using The Courier Guy. We don’t ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If all products are in stock, we pack orders within 24 hours of receipt of the order.

If you urgently need an order, quickly log a whatsapp query using the button in the right hand corner of the screen. We can confirm stock availability and give you an indication of when we are able to ship your product.

If your parcel is urgent, be sure to pay by card or instant EFT so that you don’t experience any delays while waiting for payments to reflect in our account.

Lead time from collection of your parcel till delivery of your parcel is determined by your area and the shipping method selected upon checkout. On average, parcels reach our customers within 1 – 3 working days after it has been collected by The Courier Guy.

We have our own fleet of trucks that service most parts of Gauteng and surrounding areas. If you are situated on one of our routes we will be able to deliver bulky items such as feed to you on a regular basis at a nominal fee.

Please send us a whatsapp enquiry with your address or pin location together with your monthly feed requirements and we will confirm if you are situated on our routes and what the delivery fee will be.

Use the whatsapp button on the right hand corner of the screen to log the query. Please supply as much detail as possible. We will then direct your query to our accounts or IT department so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

We are a vat registered company and a Tax Invoices will be issued for every purchase. Invoices are not automatically e-mailed. You are welcome to request an invoice via email or whatsapp and we will promptly respond. Please supply your order number when requesting the invoice to avoid any delays.
