Antrovet Vita AD3E 500ml

Antrovet Vita AD3E is a high-potency, injectable oily solution engineered for the South African livestock sector. Specifically formulated to combat vitamin deficiencies during periods of poor grazing, it is the primary choice for farmers in the Gauteng and Highveld regions where winter pastures lack essential nutrients. This 500ml multidose bottle provides a concentrated source of Vitamins A, D3, and E, which are fundamental for maintaining mucosal integrity, bone development, and reproductive health in cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs.

Key Performance Features

• High-Concentration Vitamin A (500,000 IU/ml): Essential for the maintenance of healthy skin and mucous membranes, providing a first line of defense against respiratory and eye infections (like Pinkeye).
• Bone-Building Vitamin D3 (75,000 IU/ml): Critical for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus, preventing rickets in young growing stock and maintaining skeletal strength in heavy lactating animals.
• Potent Antioxidant Vitamin E (50 mg/ml): Acts as a biological stabilizer for cell membranes, improving muscle function and boosting the immune response to seasonal stressors.
• Rapid-Absoprtion Oily Base: Formulated to provide a steady release of nutrients into the bloodstream, ensuring long-lasting protection during the transition from green to dry summer/winter grazing.

Ideal Applications

• Winter & Drought Maintenance: The industry standard for "topping up" livestock when natural carotene levels in dry grass disappear.
• Pre-Calving & Pre-Lambing Prep: Perfect for boosting the vitamin status of pregnant cows and ewes to ensure healthy offspring and high-quality colostrum.
• Growth & Feedlot Entry: Ideal for young weaners and backgrounded calves to support rapid skeletal growth and immune system resilience during high-stress transitions.
• Bull & Ram Fertility: A reliable primary supplement for breeding males to support optimal sperm quality and libido during the mating season.

Product Benefits

• Improves Conception Rates: Helps synchronize and support the reproductive cycle in female livestock, leading to better calving and lambing percentages.
• Enhanced Disease Resistance: Strengthens the animal's natural barriers, reducing the incidence of "shipping fever" and other common environmental ailments.
• Superior Meat & Milk Quality: Supports overall metabolic health, leading to better weight gains and improved milk production in dairy and dual-purpose breeds.

Pro Tip: For maximum efficacy, administer Vita AD3E via deep intramuscular injection (IM) in the neck muscle. Avoid injecting more than 10ml at a single site to prevent localized swelling. Storage Note: Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place (below 25°C) and protect it from direct sunlight, as Vitamin A is highly sensitive to UV light. Safety Note: Always use a sterile needle for every animal to prevent the spread of blood-borne diseases within the herd.
