Antelope 16 Pellets
Epol Antelope 16 is a nutrient-dense production pellet specifically developed for game species kept in intensive or semi-extensive farming systems. It is particularly well-suited for browsers but is balanced for all herbivore game. The primary goal of this formulation is to ensure superior health and performance, focusing specifically on milk production in females, reproductive success, and robust horn growth in trophy animals.

Key Features
Antelope 16 is distinguished by its high levels of organic trace minerals and vitamins, which are more easily absorbed by the animal’s system than inorganic alternatives. This is crucial for animals kept in confined areas where natural browse is limited. The feed contains a complex blend of grains, grain by-products, forages, and plant proteins, along with yeast extracts and enzymes to support a healthy rumen environment. It is designed to bridge the nutritional gap during dry seasons or to meet the high demands of boma-fed animals.
Feeding Recommendations
This product should always be fed alongside good quality roughage or natural grazing. Because it is a concentrated production feed, it should not be fed ad libitum (free choice) to avoid over-consumption and digestive issues like acidosis.
- Small Game (20–100 kg): 0.3 kg to 1.2 kg per day.
- Medium Game (100–200 kg): 1.2 kg to 2.0 kg per day.
- Large Game (300–600 kg): 2.6 kg to 4.0 kg per day.
Adaptation Note: It is critical to introduce this feed gradually over a 4 to 5-week period, especially when transitioning from natural grazing or a lower protein feed, to allow the rumen microbes to adjust safely.
