The MTS Spade range provides durable, cost-effective digging tools for gardening and light contractor work. In South Africa, these are popular for their "all-steel" construction, which offers better longevity than traditional wooden handles.

3. MTS Garden Hand Spade (Trowel)
A small, handheld tool for potting and preparing flower boxes.

Maintenance Tips
- Cleaning: The "wipe-clean" tubular shaft is designed for easy maintenance. Always wash off wet mud after use to prevent surface rust on the blade.
- Sharpening: For easier digging in hard South African soils, use an MTS Combination Oilstone or a flat file to occasionally sharpen the leading edge of the blade.
- Storage: Store in a dry area. While the steel is coated, the cutting edge is often exposed steel and can rust if left in damp conditions.
